1. Beta Disclaimer
OneSync is currently in public beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for testing purposes. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or permanent data persistence. We reserve the right to reset databases or modify infrastructure which may result in data loss during this phase.

2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload and the security of your access. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Storing or distributing malicious code/malware.
- Attempting to disrupt or bypass our Cloudflare-based security and rate-limiting.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Service Limitations
We use Cloudflare D1 and R2 for data storage. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.

4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, security threats, or violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onesync.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
